Aerise Guarantees

Aerise products are designed for lasting performance and proven reliability.

The statutory warranty applies for two years from the date of purchase, covering defects already present at the time of delivery.

Aerise also offers a 15-year spare parts warranty. This means that any spare parts required during this period can be reordered from Aerise, provided they are still available. The spare parts warranty does not include free repairs or replacement of the inflatable tent. It applies exclusively to the long-term availability of spare parts for reordering.

Certifications of Aerise Inflatable Tents

At Aerise, reliability is a fundamental principle.

Aerise therefore subjects its inflatable tents to rigorous testing to ensure their quality, colorfastness, fire classification, and sustainability.

  • Pirontex® Color Fastness

    According to DIN EN ISO 105-B02 and DIN EN ISO 105-A02, Pirontex® achieves a very high blue scale rating (7–8 out of a maximum of 8) as well as a high gray scale rating (4.5 out of a maximum of 5).

  • Pirontex® Fire Resistance Class

    In 2023, Pirontex® was classified as flame-retardant in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1:2018 (fire resistance class B – s1, d0) by the independent testing institute Efectis Nederland BV.

  • PVC Crystal Fire Resistance Class

    PVC Crystal (Super Clear PVC Film) is used for the windows of the Aerise side walls with window and the Rescue side walls with door. In 2017, the material was classified as flame-retardant (M2) in accordance with the French standard NF P 92-507 by the independent testing institute SGS. Under the European standard DIN EN 13501-1:2018, this corresponds to fire resistance class B – s2, d0 (flame-retardant).

  • PVC Fire Resistance Class

    The PVC used for the reinforced bottom edge of the Aerise Rescue side walls was classified as flame-retardant (fire resistance class B – s2, d0) in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1:2018 by the independent testing institute Efectis Nederland BV in 2022.

  • OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT

    For the sublimation printing of our tents, we use inks from the Durst Group. In 2025, these inks were certified with the OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT by the independent institute OETI. This means that the printing inks have been tested for harmful substances and meet the OEKO-TEX requirements for textile chemicals.

  • UV Protection

    In 2025, the Pirontex® fabric was tested for its UV protection by the independent textile research institute TITV Greiz. According to the test report, the UPF is over 2,000 (UPF 50+).

  • Wind Resistance

    A properly secured Aerise tent withstands wind speeds of up to 60 km/h (37 mph).

Our air tent was used for the first time at a trade fair last weekend. On Thursday evening, when a severe storm swept across the exhibition grounds and pole tents were blown through the air, we were concerned that our 17×17ft tent might be affected as well. Thanks to the water ballasts and additional pegs, it stood firm and came through completely unscathed. Many thanks again for the excellent advice and the fast delivery.
