FAQ

Learn which accessories are included with your inflatable tent and how the individual components are installed. You will also find information on customization options, installation, and the weather resistance of Aerise accessories.

  • Which accessories are included?

Every Aerise inflatable tent is supplied as standard with the following accessories:

    • Transport bag
    • Hand pump
    • Pull rod for closing the sidewall zippers
    • Repair kit
    • Filling hose for water ballast systems
    • Valve key for replacing valves
  • Are Aerise accessories compatible with all tent sizes?

Sidewalls and awning must be purchased to match the specific tent size and cannot be used across different inflatable tent sizes. Electrical accessories, fastening components, and transport accessories can be used with all Aerise® tents, regardless of size.

  • Can the accessories be customized?

Yes. Sidewalls, the awning and the awning banner can be individually printed and adapted to the design of the inflatable tent.

  • How is the accessory installed on the inflatable tent?

Depending on the component, accessories are attached using zippers (e.g. sidewalls, awning), click fasteners (e.g. leg ballast), or an eyelet system (e.g. ground). No additional tools are required.

  • Are the accessories suitable for outdoor use?

Like the roof and air tubes of our tents, the sidewalls, awning, and awning banner are made from the robust Pirontex® textile. They are water-resistant, wind-resistant, and colorfast.

GMS - Fire & Rescue
17x17ft
Our air tent was used for the first time at a trade fair last weekend. On Thursday evening, when a severe storm swept across the exhibition grounds and pole tents were blown through the air, we were concerned that our 17×17ft tent might be affected as well. Thanks to the water ballasts and additional pegs, it stood firm and came through completely unscathed. Many thanks again for the excellent advice and the fast delivery.

Snowboard Germany
17x17ft
In sun, snow, freezing cold, and on any terrain, the 17×17ft model has become an indispensable companion for us throughout the past winter season—and even during the Olympic Games. Whether used as a waxing hut, race start area, sun shelter, or briefing room, its applications are truly multifunctional.
