Frequently Asked Questions

Find concise information about the production, care and storage of Aerise sidewalls and awnings here.

  • What Materials Are the Sidewalls and Awnings Made Of?

The Aerise sidewalls and awnings are made of Pirontex®, an extremely weather-resistant fabric that is waterproof, flame-retardant, and highly lightfast.

  • Can I Clean the Sidewalls and Awning Myself?

Yes. To clean the inflatable event tent, use lukewarm water and mild detergents. Make sure the sidewalls and awnings are completely dry before packing them away.

  • What is the best way to store the sidewalls?

The sidewalls can be stored either folded or rolled. Rolling them up helps prevent creases and keeps a neat appearance for the next use of the inflatable tent. For optimal storage and easy transport, we recommend our sidewall bag.

  • Do I Need Tools to Attach the Accessories to the Tent?

No. You do not need any tools to attach the accessories to the tent. The sidewalls, awnings, and connection tunnels are secured to the inflatable tent using a zip system. The floor is attached using an eyelet fastener system.
