-
How Is the Inflatable Shelter Secured to the Ground?
The inflatable shelter can be secured on both soft and hard surfaces using a fastening kit (including tension straps, stakes, ground spikes, and a hammer), along with wall, leg, and/or water ballast weights.
-
Can Multiple Emergency Tents Be Connected Together?
Yes, they can. Using the tent connection accessory, multiple inflatable emergency tents of the same size can be linked together.
-
Can the Inflatable Emergency Tent Be Used in Snow?
Yes! Thanks to the arched design, snow can not accumulate on the roof of the tent, it slides off automatically. However, we recommend dismantling and storing the tent during heavy snowfall when not in use.
-
Is a Power Supply Required to Set Up and Use the Emergency Tent?
No, no power supply is required. The inflatable emergency tent can be set up using a hand pump or a battery-powered electric pump. It does not require continuous airflow for use.
-
What can I do if the rapid-deployment tent is damaged?
If one of the tent legs loses air due to a defective tube, the rapid-deployment tent remains stable on three legs with correct fastening, so no immediate action is needed during an operation. A replacement tube and additional repair material are included with the rescue tent. In the unlikely event of major damage or if spare parts are needed, please contact us.
