FAQ
Key information at a glance: Explore anchoring options, set-up and use, and repair solutions for Aerise® inflatable tents.
-
How Is the Emergency Tent Anchored to the Ground?
The Emergency Tent can be anchored on both hard and soft surfaces using a combination of anchoring kit (includes straps and pegs), wall and/or water ballast weights and ring weights.
-
Can Multiple Emergency Tents Be Connected Together?
Yes, they can. Using the connection element accessory, multiple inflatable Emergency Tents of the same size can be linked together.
-
Can the Inflatable Emergency Tent Be Used in Snow?
Yes! Thanks to the arched design, snow cannot accumulate on the roof of the tent —it slides off automatically. However, we recommend dismantling and storing the tent during heavy snowfall when not in use.
-
Is a Power Supply Required to Set Up and Use the Emergency Tent?
No, no mains connection is required. The inflatable Emergency Tent can be set up using a hand pump or a battery-powered electric pump. It does not require continuous airflow for use.
-
What Should I Do If the Emergency Tent Is Damaged?
If one of the tent legs loses air due to a defective tube, the Emergency Tent remains stable on three legs, allowing continued use during emergency operations. A replacement tube and repair materials are included with the tent. In the unlikely event of more extensive damage or the need for spare parts, please contact us directly.
