Set-Up & Use

Learn how to set up without tools or electricity, and explore options for anchoring and transport.

  • How long does it take to set up an Aerise inflatable tent?

The setup time depends on the tent size and the type of pump used. With an electric pump, setup takes:

    • 3x3 m tent: 2–3 minutes
    • 4x4 m tent: 3–5 minutes
    • 5x5 m tent: 7–10 minutes
    • 6x6 m tent: 10–15 minutes
  • How many people are needed for set-up?

Using an electric air tent pump, the Aerise inflatable tent can be set up by one person.

  • Is a Mains Connection Required to Set Up and Use the Inflatable Tent?

No, no mains connection is required. The inflatable tent can be set up using a hand pump or a battery-powered electric pump and does not require continuous inflation for use.

  • How Can I Secure Aerise Tents in Severe Weather? What Anchoring Options Are Available?

We offer various anchoring solutions to secure your inflatable shelter on different surfaces.

On soft ground, the tent can be securely fixed using the fastening kit, which includes pegs and ropes. For hard surfaces or high wind conditions, we recommend the use of water ballast barrels, wall ballast weights, or leg weights.

  • Can the Inflatable Tent Be Used in Snow?

Yes! Thanks to the arched design, snow cannot accumulate on the roof of the tent, it slides off automatically. However, we recommend dismantling and storing the tent during heavy snowfall when not in use.

  • Can Multiple Tents Be Connected Together?

Yes, they can. Using the connection element accessory, any number of inflatable tents of the same size can be linked together.

  • Can I Leave the Inflatable Tent Set Up for an Extended Period?

The Inflatable Tents are not designed for continuous use. If used over several days, the tent may lose pressure, potentially compromising stability. For extended use, the Inflatable Tent should be regularly checked for pressure loss and reinflated if needed.

  • How Are Aerise Tents Transported?

Thanks to their lightweight construction and compact pack size, our inflatable tents are easy to transport. Only 1 to 2 people are needed. The inflatable tent fits easily in a car or service vehicle.

Personalisation

Everything you need to know about customising your inflatable tent— including colour options, printing techniques, and design possibilities for Aerise® tents.

  • What Colours Are the Inflatable Tents Available In?

Aerise inflatable tents are available in 7 standard colours: black, white, dark grey, dark blue, green, red and ecru. The air tubes of the structure are produced in white and black as standard. Special colours and custom colour combinations are available on request.

  • What Printing Methods Are Available?

Depending on your design, we use one of two standard printing techniques for Aerise tents.

Full-surface, photo-realistic designs are printed using dye sublimation. In this process, the dye is vapourised into white fabric, allowing the colour to deeply penetrate the fibres. The result is a highly durable, vibrant finish that resists scratching.

Smaller, simpler designs such as logos or text are usually applied using thermal printing. This technique uses heat to transfer the design onto the inflatable tent in the form of a pre-cut film.

  • Can the Inflatable Tent Be Printed With Different Designs Inside and Out?

Yes! The sidewalls of your inflatable tent can be printed with different designs on the inside and outside.

Repairs

Find out how to repair your Aerise inflatable tent and how to request spare parts.

  • How can I repair my Inflatable Tent if it is damaged?

Thanks to the smart construction of Aerise tents, individual elements can be replaced independently in the event of wear or damage. This ensures long-term use of the Inflatable Tent for many years. The following components are connected to the tent via zip, hook-and-loop or screw fastenings and can therefore be easily replaced:

    • Roof
    • One-Pump System
    • Inner air tubes
    • Valves
    • End caps

If you require spare parts for your Inflatable Tent, please contact your personal sales representative or use our contact form.

  • What can I do if a valve of the Inflatable Tent is defective?

All valves of an Aerise tent can be replaced if they are damaged. Once you request a replacement valve via our contact form, it can be exchanged independently after delivery. Use the valve key included in the delivery of every Aerise tent.

  • Can the roof of the inflatable tent be replaced?

Yes, it is possible to detach the roof from the frame / air tubes. This allows it to be replaced with a new roof in case of wear or rebranding.

  • What Should I Do If My Tent Is Losing Air?

Check that all valves — including the pressure relief valve — are properly closed. If the tent continues to lose air, replace the affected air bladder. Alternatively, the damaged tube can be repaired using adhesive and fabric patches. Glue, patches, and a replacement bladder are included in the tent’s delivery contents. If air loss persists despite these measures, please contact us directly.
