Yes! Waterproof fabric, covered zippers and sealed seams ensure the watertightness (5,000 mm water column according to DIN EN 20811) of your inflatable tent.

What fire safety class do Aerise inflatable tents have?
Aerise tents are certified as flame retardant (B – s1, d0) in accordance with the European standard DIN EN 13501-1:2018.

Can the inflatable tent be printed with different designs inside and out?
Yes! The sidewalls of your inflatable tent can be printed with different designs on the inside and outside.

How many people are needed for set-up?
Using an electric air tent pump, the Aerise inflatable tent can be set up by one person.

What warranty do I have?
The statutory warranty applies as standard. It lasts two years from the date of purchase and covers defects that were already present at the time of delivery.
In addition, Aerise offers 15-year spare parts availability. This means that Aerise will provide any spare parts required during this period. Spare parts availability is independent of the statutory warranty and does not cover free repairs or replacements, but ensures the long-term possibility of reordering spare parts.

Aerise tents are manufactured at our production sites in Europe (Italy & Romania). This allows us to ensure high quality standards and short transport routes.
