• What fire safety class do Aerise inflatable tents have?

  

  Aerise tents are certified as flame retardant in accordance with the European standard DIN EN 13501-1:2018.

• Can the inflatable tent be printed with different designs inside and out?

  
  

  Yes! The sidewalls of your inflatable tent can be printed with different designs on the inside and outside.

• How many people are needed for set-up?

  

  Using an electric air tent pump, the Aerise inflatable tent can be set up by one person.

• What warranty do I have?

  

  The statutory warranty applies as standard: Two years from the date of purchase, covering defects present at the time of delivery.

   

  In addition, Aerise offers a 15-year spare parts guarantee. This means that, should spare parts be required during this period, Aerise will provide them, subject to availability. This spare parts guarantee is independent of the statutory warranty and does not cover free repairs or replacements, but ensures long-term availability of parts.
