Aerise is part of the brand portfolio of the Zingerle Group, an internationally operating family business headquartered in South Tyrol. For more than 75 years, the Zingerle Group has been active as a manufacturing company, producing folding gazebos, inflatable tents, and beer table sets.

From South Tyrol to the world

A look back in time

The story of a family business

In 1948, Franz Zingerle, a skilled mechanical engineer, founded Zingerlemetal in a small workshop in South Tyrol. It all began with a passion for building and repairing machinery, and a vision to achieve something greater. 

Forty years later, after his two sons joined the company, Franz Zingerle began producing folding beer table sets. By the mid-1990s, the product range expanded to include professional folding gazebos under the Mastertent® brand. Between 1995 and 2017, the company expanded internationally, and today the Zingerle Group operates 12 subsidiaries worldwide.

 

Following the acquisition of several companies in the years that followed, the product range was continuously refined. In 2025, with the integration of X GLOO Tents, part of the German company X GLOO, the portfolio was expanded to include inflatable tents, which marked the birth of the Aerise brand.
