During the production of our inflatable tents, we remain mindful of our environmental responsibility. By using innovative materials and technologies, we work to minimise our ecological footprint as much as possible.
Pirontex® is manufactured using a solution-dyeing process. The yarn is coloured during the manufacturing process.
Damaged tent components can be replaced individually. Replacement parts can be reordered for 15 years. This can extend the tent’s service life without having to replace the entire tent.
The ink used for sublimation printing is free from harmful chemicals, as confirmed by the OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport certification.
Aerise® inflatable tents are made in the heart of Europe. Production is carried out by us – from printing to sewing the individual components together. This eliminates transport between external companies for these production steps. It also allows us to retain control over the key production steps at our site.
Our photovoltaic system at our headquarters in Schabs can temporarily cover up to 100% of the electricity demand at the site. We cover our heating requirements with district heating from renewable raw materials. We also use insulation and LED lighting at our sites.
For the production of the beer table sets by RUKU1952® – like Aerise®, part of the Zingerle Group – we use spruce wood sourced from Romania. To protect local nature, we have launched a reforestation programme, through which more than 42,000 trees have already been planted. The mix of different tree species is intended to promote biodiversity in the reforestation areas.
Through various initiatives we promote the well-being of our employees – with remote working, a leisure club and vitality workshops. Our commitment also extends beyond the company: through donations and charity events (e.g. Kultur in der Fabrik) we support people in need.
