During the production of our inflatable tents, we remain mindful of our environmental responsibility. By using innovative materials and technologies, we work to minimize our ecological footprint as much as possible.
Through an innovative dyeing process, the production of Pirontex® saves both water and energy, while reducing CO₂ emissions.
Damaged components of the inflatable tent can be replaced independently. This extends the product’s lifespan and helps to reduce waste.
The ink used for sublimation printing is free from harmful chemicals, as confirmed by the OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport certification.
Our inflatable tents are manufactured at our facilities in Europe and the U.S. The entire production process is handled in-house—from printing to the assembly of every component. This allows us to reduce transportation distances and CO₂ emissions while maintaining full control over every stage of production and working conditions.
Up to 100% of the energy used at our headquarters in Sciaves comes from our own photovoltaic system. Our heating needs are met through renewable resources supplied by the local district heating network. With efficient insulation and LED lighting at all our locations, we ensure responsible and energy-efficient operations.
For the production of the beer table sets by RUKU1952®—like Aerise®, part of the Zingerle Group—we use spruce wood sourced from Romania. To protect local nature, we have launched a reforestation program, through which more than 42,000 trees have already been planted. In addition to spruce, our reforested areas also include fir, oak, and maple trees, helping to maintain biodiversity.
Through various initiatives, we promote the well-being of our employees—with remote working, a leisure club, and vitality workshops. Our commitment also extends beyond the company: through donations and charity events, we support people in need.
