Our Commitment

Aerise Guarantees

Aerise products are designed for lasting performance and proven reliability. 

The statutory warranty applies for two years from the date of purchase, covering defects already present at the time of delivery.

In addition, we offer a 15-year spare part availability guarantee. This means that if spare parts are required within 15 years, we will supply them, provided they are still available. This guarantee does not include free repair or replacement of the inflatable tent, but ensures the long-term possibility to reorder spare parts.

Certifications of Aerise Inflatable Tents

At Aerise, reliability is a fundamental principle.

That’s why our inflatable tents undergo rigorous quality testing to verify their colour fastness, fire reaction rating, and the sustainability of the materials used.

Pirontex® Colour Fastness

According to DIN EN ISO 105-B02 and DIN EN ISO 105-A02, Pirontex® achieves an excellent blue scale rating of 7–8 (out of 8) and a grey scale rating of 4.5 (out of 5).

Pirontex® Fire Resistance Class

In compliance with DIN EN 13501-1:2018, Pirontex® is classified as flame-retardant (fire resistance class B – s1, d0).

PVC Crystal Fire Resistance Class

The PVC Crystal used for the tent windows is classified according to EN 13501-1:2018 as flame-retardant (class B – s2, d0).

Using a machine, white tent fabric is printed using the sublimation printing process

OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport

The inks used for the sublimation printing of our inflatable tents are certified with the OEKO-TEX® ECO Passport, confirming that they are free from environmentally harmful chemicals.

UV Protection

The Pirontex® fabric provides UV protection of UPF 50+, ensuring excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays.

Wind Resistance

Our air tent was used for the first time at a trade fair last weekend. On Thursday evening, when a severe storm swept across the exhibition grounds and pole tents were blown through the air, we were concerned that our 5x5 m tent might be affected as well. Thanks to the water ballasts and additional pegs, it stood firm and came through completely unscathed. Many thanks again for the excellent advice and the fast delivery.
