Aerise products are designed for lasting performance and proven reliability.
The statutory warranty applies for two years from the date of purchase, covering defects already present at the time of delivery.
Aerise also offers a 15-year spare parts warranty. This means that any spare parts required during this period can be reordered from Aerise, provided they are still available. The spare parts warranty does not include free repairs or replacement of the inflatable tent. It applies exclusively to the long-term availability of spare parts for reordering.

In sun, snow, freezing cold, and on any terrain, the 17×17ft model has become an indispensable companion for us throughout the past winter season—and even during the Olympic Games. Whether used as a waxing hut, race start area, sun shelter, or briefing room, its applications are truly multifunctional.

Our air tent was used for the first time at a trade fair last weekend. On Thursday evening, when a severe storm swept across the exhibition grounds and pole tents were blown through the air, we were concerned that our 17×17ft tent might be affected as well. Thanks to the water ballasts and additional pegs, it stood firm and came through completely unscathed. Many thanks again for the excellent advice and the fast delivery.
