• How many people are needed for setup?

  

  Using an electric air tent pump, the Aerise inflatable tent can be set up by one person.

• What Warranty Do I Have?

  

  The statutory warranty applies by default: two years from the date of purchase, covering defects that were present at the time of delivery.

   

  In addition, Aerise offers a 15-year spare parts warranty. This means that if you need spare parts within 15 years, and they are still available, we will supply them. This spare parts warranty is independent of the statutory warranty and does not include free repairs or replacements, but it ensures long-term availability of parts.
